I am unable to add pictures to my listing. I keep getting a server error message when I try to upload pictures.
Usually the server error is seen if you are trying to upload a file that is too big and the server times out during upload. Many things including your local network connection or anything upstream could cause an issue as well it is hard to tell sometimes. Make sure the photo is no larger than 2 MB and that the width is less than 900 pixels. We also only allow upload of .jpg photos so if your photos have a different file extension then they will not upload. Our system should let you know if they are outside this parameter, but again sometimes the server will time out before the upload attempt is complete to flag a large file. If you still can not get it to work, please email support@militaryowners.com with your picture and we will upload it for you and then attempt further to figure out what the issue is.Related Articles
