We have submitted an ad but they are not showing up at all what could be the problem?

Session Timeout

The most likely answer is that your session on our site timed out due to inactivity. Our site for the protection of our users automatically logs out your session after 15 minutes of inactivity, in many cases 15 minutes without hitting submit. Our ads have the most advanced listings options of any web ad site, and may take some time to fill out fully to your satisfaction. If you are adding an ad with lot of changes or information it may be necessary to submit and then open again for additional changes. Try submitting an ad with minimal information to see if this was the issue if not, utilize the user feedback form.

Payment Declined

The other possibility is that you tried to place an ad above your subscription level and the payment did not go through. Let us explain. Let's say you have the Gold Subscription and you place a Gold ad, there would be no charge because that is in your subscription level. It would get posted immediately. Now lets say you want a Platinum ad, which you would have to pay for because it is above your subscription level. If for some reason the payment is declined on your ad, this would place the ad in your account but it would not display on the site because it was not paid for. So it is always good to check your ad on our site to see if it was posted. You also will receive an email from us stating that the ad was successfully posted, and you will see the charge show in your payments section of your online account. If you do not see either of these things occur then the payment may have been declined. These transactions can be declined for many reasons to include the system being busy, an address or name mismatch or insufficient funds. If you wish to have this ad posted please log in to your account and select "Renew/Upgrade" next to the ad in question in "My Listings" and try the purchase again.
