I just paid but it shows my account has expired. What do I do?
If you just signed up to the site and have attempted to place an ad, but the response you get back is your account is delinquent in payment or needs to be renewed, it is possible the system took a minute for your payment to post and somehow thought you had not paid yet. If you feel this is the case, simply log out and then log back in and the system should have registered your payment by then. If that does not work, please email us and we will figure out if the payment went through and help you set up your account.Related Articles
